A trained member of Lucky Lawn's staff will come to your home and inspect your sprinkler system. This includes powering on your control box, running the sprinklers, cutting away grass that has grown over them and adjusting them so your lawn is watered equally. At the time of inspections repairs can be made for an additional cost.

Soil aeration is the mechanical removal of small cores of soil from the lawn using an aeration machine. It is often described as the most important thing you can do to create a healthy, thick, and robust lawn. Lawn aeration has the following benefits:

Gutter Cleaning
Clean, Clean, Clean! Gutters fill with leaves and other debris and become clogged if you have trees nearby. Just ask a gutter installer. They'll tell you that you should have your gutters cleaned twice a year, once in the spring after the trees bud out, and once in late fall after the leaves drop. That's a lot of trips up and down a ladder, and few of us are that disciplined. Spring, summer and fall annuals are available. Annuals are usually small decorative flowers that only live for one season. They are very useful on cutting down on weeds and adding color to your garden and landscape beds. Popular annual choices: Spring - Petunias (will last only through spring) Summer - Begonias, Impatiens, Marigolds, Zinas and Fall - Pansies. Tulips are offered for fall planting and bloom in the early spring.

Fire Ant Control
Not only are fire ant mounds unsightly in your lawn, but they also damage lawn equipment. Fire ant bites are painful and can be dangerous to children and pets. We apply granular fire ant bait to your entire lawn that is guaranteed all season. This product also controls fleas and ticks for one month. ** Ant bait must be watered in after application **
Core Aeration
We offer this service through out the summer and early fall. Core aeration loosens compacted soil to stimulate root growth and can help with thatch.
